Daily Duties at Salus Capital Partners:
Established and oversaw Field Examination function for a start-up company (including creating policies, procedures, and staffing), managing deals ranging from $10M to $75M. Simultaneously, served as Quality Control / Credit Auditor, performing credit analysis and financial risk management. Key driver in (i.) developing and preparing MIS reports for executive team to measure on-going exam progress, identify and mitigate risks, and measure team response to exam findings; (ii.) recommending loan structures / modifications, leveraging knowledge of secured asset-based lending, business markets, and regulatory requirements, to ensure audit integrity and service quality
