Daily Duties at Thomason Autogroup:
Oversaw and controlled all financial aspects of a company that did 1.3 billion in sales in 2008. My responsiblities included closing 14 financial statements for the CEO and President every month. This included cleaning all schedules and journals for each accounting department including payroll. Actively reviewed and corrected all schedules and journals before closing. Worked with the General Sales Managers, Parts Managers and Service Managers each month to help them efficiently and accurately report all transactions and that all inventories had been inspected and reconciled (I would personally do many of the inventory recs myself).
