Responsible for all of the building grounds, facilities, and systems that comprise the Hotel buildings and grounds. Responsible for all management responsibilities of associated maintenance staff.Resposible for preparation and administration of the annual budget. Responsible for the project development, planning, specifying, bidding, awarding, and management.
