As Vice President/Regional Engineering Manager for the Construction and Engineering Services Group of CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., my primary responsibilities included the conceptual design and project management for various retrofit projects at the John Hancock Center, such as: An award winning mechanical and energy retrofit. $12 Million life safety and sprinkler retrofit. Installed complete fire sprinkler system throughout office, parking, and retail sections of the building w/ ceiling plenum area under ACM management plan. No tenant disruption occurred. Installed a new AAC. Complete primary electrical retrofit throughout the office section floors. Massive expansion of EMCS. Construction management for approximately 600,000 sq. ft. of tenant space.
