Daily Duties at Maximus, Inc.:

Managed CMS projects throughout multiple states including Ohio, Michigan, Florida, Massachusetts, Alaska and Indiana as well as international implementations in Qatar and Australia. Technical lead for the infrastructure planning, configuration and support for over 200 implementations. Responsibilities included the installation and configuration of Windows and UNIX based solutions, version planning of third party products, application deployment and technical solution support for the MAXIMUS court case management software. Provided database administration and support to client base including configuration and maintenance, performance tuning, and version upgrades. Worked with executive managers, project managers, and data-conversion specialists on planning specific multiple environment needs to support complex court case management implementations. Involved in developing software-release processes, implementing configuration guidelines for the sales staff, managing client installations, and improving telecommunications and operations expense. Implemented support procedures to improve call-handling efficiencies and identified several internal systems that improved client service. Developed, implemented, and managed several financial, office automation, and systems integration projects. Experience with hardware and software configurations and managed a technical support staff responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting customers across the United States. Evaluated products and trends in the computer industry using this information to provide customer-driven solutions. Managed open-system solutions with a number of different platforms and solution providers. Served as the Manager of Technical Services, administering the daily support operations of hundreds of system installations across the United States. Designed and implemented call logging/tracking systems, remote site management systems, and software release control systems.
