Daily Duties at U. S. Army Provost Marshalls Office:

Volunteer Office Administrator for the Provost Marshall's Office, 1st Armored Division, US Army. Responsible for the administration of Military Police (MP) reports, files, and operations of the Military Police Station. Finalize all MP cases insuring that timely notifications were made to respective offices and community services. Possess knowledge of Federal and Department of Army (DA) regulations, laws and statutes. Possess knowledge of command policies, directives, orders and law enforcement procedures. Interpret the use of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Recognize the symptoms of spouse and child abuse. Understand the stress and impact upon family dynamics of military life and the return of family members who have been deployed. Interact with Army spouses and advise them on the resources and services available to them in the event of spouse or child abuse in the home. Advise them on assistance in crisis intervention, how to seek medical assistance for abuse within the military and local community, information on legal rights and resources available through the military program. Ensure that all submissions and requests for assistance were submitted in accordance with regulatory procedures into the central data base
