Daily Duties at Citation Clinical Labeling:

•Directly responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance program for plant operation. •Managed QA staff of 13 Inspectors and 2 Supervisors. Worked intimately with project management and production department on strategically planning future projects to ensure projected customer time-lines were met while manufacturing a quality product. •Identified and solved production quality issues on a daily basis. •Prepared and approved departmental SOPs. •Trained new and existing staff members in GMP’s and departmental SOP’S. •Launched a documented Change Control Program for facility/operation. •Analyzed all aspects of the operation to determine the needs and wants of the company, while maintaining the liability in accordance with FDA regulation. •Responsible for reviewing and approving Quality Agreements between Citation and the client. •Conduct all client audits, vendor audits and internal audits. •Directly responsible for all customer service issues regarding quality complaints including CAPA and follow-up. •Conduct investigations resulting from any In-process inspection failures. •Prepared trending reports in order to trouble shoot and red flag areas at most need/risk for improvement. •Performed final release on complete orders. •Oversee preventative maintenance program. •Coordinate, conduct and schedule equipment calibrations and qualifications.
