Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive and effective territory business plan aimed at achieving/exceeding annual sales goals established by Sales Management. Promote company products within approved labeling, in a comprehensive, fair and ethical manner that is consistent with industry specific and corporate legal and regulatory guidelines. Develop strong customer relationships by better understanding the customer’s needs and goals and communicates these to other company team members. Consistently meets or exceeds sales goals. Adhere to the company’s compliance policies and guidelines as well as any other applicable guidelines, including, but not limited to, the PhRMA code. Communicate territory activity in an accurate and timely manner as directed by sales management. Provide communication to Sales Management, colleagues, Marketing, and other internal departments about changing environment and results. Successfully completes all company training classes, including, but not limited to, product knowledge, competitive analysis, market analysis and sales skills training. Submits accurate and timely expense reports, maintains account records and submits timely and thorough territory reports. Manage sales efforts within assigned promotional and operational budget. Effectively implements and completes assigned developmental projects.
