Daily Duties at Entergy Arkansas, Inc:
Responsible for Engineering/Maintenance/Administration/Billing systems for Telecom related activities across the company. This role involved design, operations, and maintenance responsibilities for Telecommunications services to include Voice, Two Way Radio, & Network (Fiber Optic, Microwave, LAN/WAN, and Leased Circuits). Administrative role included performing interface role to LECs and IXCs for evaluating, ordering, and processing payment for services. Responsible for overall IT Operations support for servers, PCs, help desk, and other IT related services.
