Daily Duties at Entergy Services:

 Responsibilities included IT support in Baton Rouge, LA for a newly formed region of the company resulting from the merger of Entergy and Gulf States Utilities.  Initial responsibility was to build a support organization where no IT presence previously existed. Employees were hired and the department put in place to provide support using consistent processes of the other regions across the company.  Responsibilities included working as account manager for the business units which included Transmission, Distribution, Customer Care and the Retail/Marketing division as well as the acquisitions division.
