Working as a liaison between sales and order entry to ensure all orders entered within my contract go through all the proper channels in a timely manner. Confirming each order is entered and shipped out in a timely manner that meets the contract date. Keeping daily spreadsheets of each order with all pertinent information. Working directly with vendors to obtain status. Resolving post sales issues with customers.
