Daily Duties at Insight Cards:

1. Solely responsible for all aspects of developing a financial product for Insight Cards, including business requirements/Use cases, IVR scripting and coordinating the development, internal website design and requirements for partners to sign-up. 2.Documented all processes, including Data Flows, Financial Flow reconciliation, and exception processing. Ensured that all project deadlines and open issues were documented and presented to the team on a weekly basis. 3. Managed projects through full software development lifecycle including Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing. 4. Created business requiremet documents and managed their translation into functional design specifications and detailed design requirements utilizing SMEs technical knowledge of interfaces, systems, application platforms, and operating systems. 5. Developed the processes for loading government funds on a General Purpose Reloadable (GPR) debit card. 6.Responsible for defining the data requirements to be received from the business partners and providing technical specifications for the database tables to store the data into. 7. Created detailed requirements for all the financial reconciliation reporting. 9. Created the UAT plan and tracked all defects. 10. Led bi-weekly calls with processing (development) company to clarify requirements, open issues and general project tracking.
