Daily Duties at Westfall Gmc:
customer service, maintain business relationships with 200 fleet companies in providing quality service and repairs to equipment. Working with GM, Caterpillar, and Isuzu representatives with warranty claims and problem solving on new trucks. Create new sales ideas and promotions to increase shop revenue. Assisted in manageing 19 technicians to maintain a satisfactory productivity level and also efficiency level to maintain and increase shop revenue.
