Daily Duties at Castle Rubber:

Oversees all quality functions and operations, implementation of calibration system, plant wide tractability, incoming inspection, inspection department, line inspection, writing standards (FDA ect.), oversees lab operations, responsible for implementation of ISO 9000 system. Customer complaints, corrective actions, customer service, assigns internal and external corrective actions, monitors vendors, collects surveys. Time studies, process improvement, material analysis, first article inspections. Writing of procedure and work instructions. Oversees lab and material standards. 1995-1997 Company: Custom Rubber Job Title: Quality Manager/Facilitator Responsibilities: 3 shifts of Quality personnel, all first article layout inspection, mold layout, line ISO 9000 audits, SPC, 8-D corrective actions, answering customer complaints, trouble shooting rubber injection press quality problems, calibration, writing procedures, work instructions and modifying the quality manual, quality standards, creating quality illustrations, assuring tractability, implementing ISO 9000 incomplete sections, gage R&R, conducted ISO 9000 audits, with registrar, conducted PPAP’s, management reviews daily scrap reports. Manufacturing engineering projects.
