Daily Duties at Salisbury Police:

Scheduled, managed, and assisted officers under my command. Formulated operational plans for organized projects within the department and joint operations with other agencies. Conducted investigations into criminal activity and reported findings to the District Attorney’s office for prosecution. Educated and managed pre service and in service officers on proper procedures according to the laws and policy to ensure proper decisions in investigations and securing evidence. Evaluated officers and disciplined in internal investigations.
