Daily Duties at Criterion Systems:

Recruited to manage Operations and Maintenance Task Orders for United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) with 14 projects and 12 direct reports. Managed projects with budgets ranging from $600 K to $ 1 M. 1.Supported Program Manager in standing up a Operations and Maintenance Program supporting the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). 2. Developed and implemented the weekly and monthly progress reporting process and delivered to the customer on a weekly basis. 3. Managed the daily operations and maintenance activities of 14 Automated Information Systems. 4. Managed 12 technical resources. 5. Developed Task Management Plans. 6. Developed project schedule for a enhancement project with a budget of over $600K and managed scope, controlled the budget and ensured project activities were completed on time. 7. Reviewed all project documentation prior to delivery to customer. 8. Assigned staff to project activities. 9. Met weekly with customer to review project status, risks and mitigation plans.
