Daily Duties at Dc Group Inc:

Providing solution for any make and model of UPS, Static switch(STS), Power Distribution Unit(PDU) to clients(including Government sectors) for improving critical backup power management with proprietary technology, in all over USA. Testing and troubleshooting of various make of UPS, STS, PDU (Liebert, Powerware, GE, Mitsubishi, MGE, Toshiba, APC). Providing immediate solutions in emergency situation i.e. utility failure, to restore power and to stop such situation for critical load to go down. Have to overcome problem and have to make everything running normal within 3 hours, in emergency situation. Responsible to give training on UPS operation and working of internal hardware to new hired engineers. Also responsible to give training to Clients about UPS operation and steps to be performed in emergency situation.
