Solicited new mortgage business including handling calls from potential loan applicants. Examined applicant’s credit and income to determine the programs that would most benefit. Educated customers and potential customers on the different loan programs in order that they could make the best decision. Prepared initial application packages per state guidelines. Followed up with customer and lender through the loan process to ensure a timely closing. Collected all loan documents necessary. Worked independently maintaining relationships with small business owners and their employees. Educated clients on services and products.
