Daily Duties at Planned Parenthood:
Work Experience Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio Ambulatory Surgical Center Manager/ Health Center Manager/ Customer Service Representative, 5/2009–9/2012 Hired as Customer Service Representative promoted to management. Utilized fact-based decision making in order to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, promote teamwork and maintain efficiency. As Manager it was my responsibility to keep on budget and improve processes. I was able to increase the number of patients seen in a day from 35 to a maximum of 60 without increasing staff hours. Successfully trained staff on new software system and switched systems without reducing number of patients seen.Ensured the Center maintained an excellent level of patient care while maximizing patient volume. Trained staff on all duties within the clinic to ensure maximum productivity. Performed monthly inventory and ordering of medications and supplies for the clinic. Posted patient charges and ensured closing was accurate. Trouble shoot inaccurate coding to maximize reimbursement. Took clinic from non-compliance to being compliant within 30 days. Tracked lab log and OSHA logs for compliance.
