• Maintained fast, accurate service, positive customer relationships, and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards. • Responsible for overall sales, inventory level, merchandise maintenance, and supervision of the hourly associates, team leaders, and specialist in the assigned departments. • Manage and maintain the distribution center according to company merchandising standards and distribution center store operation policies. • Adept at communicating effectively with 3rd party agencies such as vendors and contractors thus responsible for vendor management activities. • Oversee all details of financial reports such as vital stats with complete responsibility for exceeding sales budget. • Develop and implement operational programs for existing daily duties, which enhanced operations, inventory control, and sales. • Manage employees within departments and provide direction for the staff within my team, completing performance assessments, providing constructive feedback and resolving.
