Hired to upgrade and revitalize all aspects of the day-to-day administrative operations of this large anesthesia group serving 15 sites with 50+ physicians and CRNAs. Formulated and managed the implementation of Nova’s first five year Strategic Business Marketing Plan. Formalized and expanded new business development efforts that resulted in the signing and start-up of several major new hospital and ambulatory surgery center clients. Emphasis on upgrading and revitalizing human resources, information technology and payroll. Oversaw outside billing and collection company with particular focus on enhancing management reporting.
