1. Responsible for developing guidance documentation to help create consistency in the way new employees are brought onto projects. 2. Collected, and reviewed resumes for inclusion in a large proposal. 3. Managed the Initiation and Planning phases of various projects for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) following the Enterprise Performance Life-cycle (EPLC) process. 4. Managed operational maintenance activities as well as enhancements for a large enterprise system for issuing access badges. • Created and maintained Microsoft SharePoint collaboration sites for project documentation and change requests. • Coordinated and conducted meetings with the stakeholders to gather high level requirements and supported stakeholders in creating EPLC documentation. • Estimated the level of effort (LOE) for projects. • Managed design, development and testing activities of a team of 4 developers and 2 business analysts utilizing a hybrid Agile methodology. • Managed requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment of 3 maintenance releases following the EPLC methodology. • Served as the point of contact between the stakeholders and the development teams. • Managed day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for the systems.
