Daily Duties at Mrt:
Responsible for the development of human resource programs and systems for wide variety organizations ranging from IT and manufacturing, to banking and retail. Provided expertise covering all human resource functions including legal issues, compensation, benefits, recruitment, safety, labor relations, manpower planning, training and management development, and organizational analysis. Extensive experience in the development and implementation of programs to produce Organizational Excellence. Designed and implemented a wide variety of employee and organizational performance improvement programs. Developed and implemented total compensation and benefits programs for companies and organizations nationally and internationally. Designed and installed employee participation programs that resulted in over a 300% increase in production within a nine-month period. As a specialist in organizational analysis have designed and installed programs that have saved companies millions of dollars annually. Developed and presented a wide variety of management training and development programs. Designed and conducted recruitment programs and strategies for a wide variety of personnel ranging from engineers to physicians. Extensive experience in labor relations, including contract negotiations and union avoidance. Have worked with a variety of organization in creation and implementation of change and Organizational Excellence.
