Daily Duties at Terros/Choices:

Responsible for the development and management of all human resource related functions. This included being responsible for over 1000 FTE’s covering both TERROS and a sister company CHOICES.  Developed, implemented, and managed entire human resource system for CHOICES (a startup company) with a workforce of over 500 personnel.  Reduced turnover for TERROS by over 50%  Developed programs and systems that reduced contract labor by over 75%.  Designed and implemented a total compensation system for both organizations.  Responsible for the development and presentation of an ongoing and comprehensive supervisory and management training program.  Successfully represented both companies in multiple cases regarding EEOC and human resource legal complaints and action.
