Daily Duties at Excellere Consulting & Associates:
Managed Windows, AS/400 and Netware platforms in the Distributed Systems Support Group based on help desk platform that classifies cases based on SLA. Performed(executed project work related to) new server installations, application installation and support (including desktop platforms). Coordinated support with multiple divisions, when necessary, to treat incidents that would affect 30 users to 2000. Worked with external contractors to diagnose LAN/WAN application connectivity issues. Provided training to other technical resources located in central and latin america. Provided information for system requirements, executing and quality assurance for computer room projects.
