Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Supervise Local help desk resources, ensure infrastructure availability. Manage purchases and request quotes according to customer requirements. Escalate issues with regional and global help desk, when needed. Manage emergency issues accross multiple locations. Provide quotes for small ($1k) to medium projects (100k). Implement corporate platforms and policies as requested. Manage vendors, including help desk resources and provide recomendations to customer.
