Daily Duties at Convergys:
• Recruited by Convergys to join their newly developed Red Team, established to design and implement the strategy, processes and timeline for assessing the health and risks of “in progress” projects. Provided independent assessment and oversight of project management and execution activities, and ensured adherence to contractual scope and use of prescribed standards for implementations. Identified project risks, developed mitigation plans, assessed standards and ensured compliance; and reported findings to the Convergys HR Management (HRM) Board.
