Daily Duties at Tandem Labs, A Lab Corp Company:

• Responsible for overall management and conduct of assigned studies. • Managing bioanalytical projects which includes: o Maintaining project schedule information (sample receipt, analyses required, data and report timelines, etc.) o Ensuring client contract and technical specifications are met. o Performing duties of Project Manager as specified in applicable SOPs. o Scheduling of equipment and laboratory personnel in conjunction with the lead scientist and group leader. o Ensuring adequate supplies are available for each project. o Ensuring, in conjunction with the lead scientist, that personnel are trained for the functions they are performing and certified for the method to be used. o Ensuring that all raw data are properly documented and maintained and projects are conducted in accordance with applicable client and/or Bioanalytical Division SOPs. • In conjunction with the Laboratory Director, ensure applicable GLP guidelines are followed. • Preparation of data and final reports in conjunction with support staff. Ensuring adequate reviews are conducted of data and final report for accurate reporting. • Responding to QAU project specific inspections • Communicating with clients on assigned projects regarding: o Specific client requirements o Data and report timelines o Progress reports – status and results • Providing revenue recognition information • Providing input to Group Leader on performance of team members. • May act as a Project Monitor when aiding another Project Manager in project organization, data reviews, supply ordering, etc. • “Digging for clues”. Helps in the sales process for existing accounts by gather useful information.
