Devised and executed release and configuration process, and implemented Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Motivated and managed teams to drive outstanding performance. Coordinated software builds, schedules and deployments for all environments, Employed automated tools for builds and deployments in J2EE environment. Cultivated high-performance Build and Release program and scheduling to support core driven teams through on-time delivery of major product releases organization-wide.  Restructured existing processes to align with new release strategy.  Hand-selected to lead TSG Committee focused on evaluating and approving proposed changes following establishment of configuration management baseline.  Continuously enhanced company products and improved customer satisfaction by working cross-functionally to devise innovative solutions.
