Daily Duties at Command Center:

 Employee Relations (new hire docs, exit interviews, benefit enrollment, progressive disciplinary counseling, terminations, OESC claims)  Process garnishments, new hires, terminations, employee changes. Reconciling paid time off accounts and running Payroll reports.  Handle assorted business office duties such as accounts payable requisition entry, log reconciliation and office supply inventory.  Assist in recruiting and new hire process including employee orientations. Resolve employee benefit issues. Prepare government reports related to EEO compliance or other HR functions.  Creating offer letters, and new hire packets and orientation, creating and maintaining employee files. Maintain filing and highly confidential employee information.  Duties also include all Human Resource and Payroll functions and working closely with corporate HR/Payroll.
