Partner with hiring managers and HR Operations to develop recruiting strategies for open positions. Drive sourcing, screening, and selection activities in a timely manner Enable hiring managers with training, tools, and data needed to make successful hiring decisions Educate candidates about Circor as an employer, including details about benefits, compensation, relocation, etc. Consult hiring managers throughout process and be an integral part of decision making.
