Daily Duties at Verizon Information Technologies:
Twenty years of practical experience in corporate management, with an emphasis on organizational design, change management and leadership in Information Technology for large project development. Management of product and customer support functions in a Project Office environment overseeing the application business analysis, testing, configuration management, LAN/WAN support, user documentation, and quality assurance efforts. Also responsible for the implementation of the Capability Maturity Model quality processes for software development in all offices supported by Verizon Information Technologies, Inc. Provided leadership to customer based shared maintenance user group (SMUG) administration through the requests for software development, incident reporting, user acceptance testing and the successful implementation of projects into production environments.
