Daily Duties at Jacksonville University:

Provides the visionary leadership and management of all recruitment and marketing efforts and services for all programs supported by Adult and Graduate Enrollment at Jacksonville University. Responsibility also includes the development of new academic programs, administrative structures, resources and community partnerships which serve to increase enrollment in these areas. Oversees student services and outreach efforts for the promotion of partnerships and engagement through university advancement by working in tandem with the university alumni relations, alumni association, board of governors, board of trustees, faculty, administrators, affinity groups and supporting partners for the continued growth and support of Jacksonville University. 25 years of practical experience in corporate management, with an emphasis on organizational design, change management and leadership. Throughout corporate career, managed professional software infrastructure and quality assurance process work teams in major corporations in the state of Florida. During this time, was instrumental in the development of many successful corporate leadership training programs for senior executives on the topic of "dealing with change," as well as strategy sessions for all levels of employees in the areas of critical systems thinking, creativity and innovation for positive results.
