Daily Duties at Sunrise Adult Day Health Care:
Case management,initial assessments, reassessments, stress management groups. After 8 months of employment I obtained my California License ( Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and was promoted as the consultant to oversee the social worker's assessments(and still performed the social worker role) and completed the assessments at the LCSW level. One year later, I discontinued the social worker role but consulted with this center and four other centers on a LCSW consultation level. The other centers are 1) Daylight ADHC Los Angeles 2) Daylight ADHC Glendale 3)Olympic ADHC in Hollywood 4) Sunny Days ADHC in Culver City
