Daily Duties at La Brisa Association, Inc. :

Manage daily facility operations including, train, operational meetings, and quarterly safety training on life safety systems, elevators, sprinklers, and emergencies. Weekly walk through with Chief Engineer. Preparing and implementing annual operational budget, and reserve review. Ensure all real property transfers comply with the bylaws, statute, and ordnances. Oversee daily accounts receivables and accounts payable. Reconcile operational & reserves accounts. Create schedule for both current and long-term capital projects. Work with contractors on biding for capitol projects. Oversea all capital projects with both contractor, inspectors. Ensure La Brisa Association Inc. operates within all of the state and local law requirements and all transfers of real estate property. Prepared and work with the president preparing monthly meetings, special meetings, and annual meeting. Responsible for keeping all licenses, permits and inspection current.
