Orchestrated all aspects of Software Engineering and Development as well as project management functions necessary to safeguard project milestones and expedite on-time completion. Identified, interpreted, analyzed business needs and system requirements and developed prototypes, modifications and upgrades. Designed, developed, tested, installed and supported complex multi-tiered OLTP/database and UI IT solutions to optimize customer service and business growth strategies, worked closely with new and existing customer base, internal technical teams and vendors. Systematically planned, organized system conversions and provided training. Successfully interfaced at all organizational levels to maintain strict compliance with highly specialized regulations, policies, standards and growth/service objectives. Effectively worked with clients to incorporate Request For Proposal (RFP) requirements into software implementations for US and International clients. Constructed functional software requirement and design specifications, data dictionaries, white papers, Customer Acceptance Test scripts/plans and project plans. Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for daily system operations, archiving, troubleshooting, year-end processing, and reporting.
