Daily Duties at G4 S Government Solutions:
Spearheaded daily operations and management of the Corporate Data Centers, networks, Help Desk and all IT staff, software applications used to support company operations, and all Business Applications/ERP systems. Efficiently managed internal IT/MIS staff and external consultants, provided technical leadership and direction on new project implementations as well as daily operational tasks. Accumulated requirements from business units and stakeholders to transform manual processes into streamlined and automated systems via custom application development and implementation of COTS 3rd party solutions. Updated disaster recovery plans and fail-over exercises to maintain continuity of critical systems.
