Customer Line Translations and Maintenance, Enterprise Customer and Network Dispatch • Led multiple customer facing teams: o 4 supervisors/75 technicians for line troubleshooting and repair. o 4 supervisors/50 administrators to provision and translate Dial Tone, Centrex, and ISDN Service Orders. o 2 supervisors/30 technicians to install and maintain enterprise and network projects.
