Daily Duties at Bil Mar Foods:
Managed human resources function for 800+ associate operations. Advised and assisted management and employees regarding employee issues and concerns through interpreting applicable HR policies and procedures and responsible recommendations as required. Initiated recommendations for appropriate measures to address underlying systemic issues represented, suggestions on policy clarification or development, appropriate training or other development interventions. Provided staff support for implementation of major organization-wide projects, including benefits, employee opinion surveys, multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity programs and employee advocacy and conflict resolution procedures.
