Daily Duties at Perdue Farms:
Managed human resources function for 150+ associate operations. Supervised a staff of HR administrator and HR nurse. Assisted Human Resources Manager with day to day human resource activities including, benefit administration, recruiting, leave administration, policy research, administration of files and special projects. Created and maintained employee files and managed all new hire paperwork. Conducted new hire orientation and managed on-boarding process. Ensured accurate I-9 processing and managed leave of absence process including STD, LTD, and FMLA.
