Daily Duties at Pharmerica/Kindred Health Care:
Pharmacy oversite for hospital portion of facilty. Liaison between facility and dispensing pharmacy services. Continuous quality improvement, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, warfarin and Antibotic monitoring, Chart reviews, Medication cart review, narcotic documentaiton processes, admission and discharge processing. Establish, educate and maintain regulatory requirements for certifications (CMS,KARF).Process/Maintain Medication Administration Records (Monthly/Admissions/Discharges). Review of after-hours, medication kits daily.
