Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:

operational maintenance projects. Provided technical support to site engineering and EH&S by resolving equipment issues, minimizing equipment downtime during maintenance activities, and coordinating training for stationary engineers. Coordinated all equipment commissioning, validation and startup activities for a new hospital and central utility plant. Evaluated best technologies for new facilities equipment. Lead teams on small to large scale projects to develop scope, schedules and cost estimates. Supervised and facilitated communication between architects/engineers, vendors, and trade contractors for equipment purchases, installation, and retrofit modifications. Managed all phases of facilities construction and installation drawings/specifications. Managed warehouse material stock for construction and maintenance projects. Secured utility rebates for new construction. Reviewed and audited monthly billings and forecasted project spending. Acted as Project Manager Peer Group Lead facilitating discussions, coordinating training and educational presentations for 75+ project managers and diverse internal groups across Northern CA.
