Daily Duties at Ogden Aviation :
Full charge processing of all accounts receivable and payable. • Managed all petty cash and office supply expense accounts. • Executed budgets track budget entries, purchased cards, and revenue billing • Reconciled bank balances; record general ledger entries • Dispatched jet fuel via Philadelphia International Airport • Responsible for ensuring safety standards. • Primarily interfaced with the local Airport Authority in processing personnel for restricted area access. • Reported directly to the Administration Manager and performed data entry functions in line with daily inventory control procedures, prepare fueling reported to ensure accountability.
