Full charge processing of all accounts receivable and payable.​ • Managed all petty cash and office supply expense accounts.​ • Executed budgets track budget entries, purchased cards, and revenue billing​ • Reconciled bank balances; record general ledger entries​ • Dispatched jet fuel via Philadelphia International Airport​ • Responsible for ensuring safety standards.​ • Primarily interfaced with the local Airport Authority in processing personnel for restricted area access. • Reported directly to the Administration Manager and performed data entry functions in line with daily inventory control procedures, prepare fueling reported to ensure accountability.
