Daily Duties at U.S. Army:

Assisted with administrative management of a company with 300 personnel on a daily basis. Prepared company training schedules. Coordinated training aids and resources as directed by the Company Commander. Assisted in documenting and assessing personnel training and unit training readiness. Prepared and presented briefings to senior management on training and readiness. Served as the company’s Better Opportunities For Single Soldiers (BOSS) program representative. BOSS is a program that helps unit commanders address the well-being and morale issues of the single and unaccompanied soldiers in their units. Served as the company’s Family Readiness Group (FRG) liaison. A FRG is an organization of family members, volunteers, soldiers and civilian employees associated with a particular unit. They are established to provide activities and support to enhance the flow of information, increase the resiliency of unit soldiers and their families, provide practical tools for adjusting to military deployments and separations, and enhance the well-being and esprit de corps within the unit.
