Directed Human Resources initiatives for medical devices sales and distribution operations in a dual role covering two business units: Caribbean and Central America and Ethicon Franchise in Latin America (Central and South America) with over 300 employees. Accountable for HR matters and core processes: Compensation, Resource Planning, Succession Planning, Expatriate Programs, Internship Programs and Employee Relations.
