Daily Duties at Tata Consultancy Services:
Estimating the efforts required for carrying out the change requests. Assigning the work to the team members and making sure that they understand what is expected of them to complete an assignment. Developing appropriate strategies for the implementation of the project Tracking and Mitigating the Risks involved, and taking the necessary preventive and corrective actions to lessen the impact of a negative risk. Reporting status about the project activities to the clients and to TCS higher management. Reviewing projects with the management team to make sure that the projects are progressing as per the agreed terms decided during the project initiation. Identifying the priorities with the client and changing the schedule, if required Establishing & Monitoring the processes for Issue Management, Change Management. Quality Management (Defect prevention activities, metrics data collection and analysis).
