Compliance Menting and trained local staff at branch location administer monthly training modules as required by Corporate Training and Compliance departments. • Controlled loan production pipeline for pull-through rate of 90%. • Delivered monthly funding of $8M. • Mentor, coach and provide skill sets in preparation of MLO requirements
