Managed and directed a workforce of over 20 employees, with responsibility for all company-owned service vehicles. Directed all business unit operations focusing on performance objectives, strategic planning and profit and loss. Hired and trained all employees; scheduled and distributed work load; prepared and validated time sheets; and ensured safety compliance on all job sites.
