Daily Duties at Enterprise Rent A Car:
Audit and reconcile payroll reports on a daily basis as well as audit, balance, and perform all payroll functions through W-2 production for salaried and hourly employees (multiple states). Calculate and maintain a weekly payroll for 200 + employees. Resolve all pay discrepancies. Converted payroll system from semi-monthly to weekly payroll cycle. General ledger analysis of payroll accounts ensuring that all payroll schedules balance to the general ledger. Provide fluctuation report for all rental branches accounts and payroll accounts. Calculate monthly sales tax for Rhode Island and Southern Massachasetts. Offer support to 11 rental branches including approval of daily cash receipts and petty cash for rental branches. Monitor accounts receivable collection from other administrative offices. Train new accounting employees in various job duties. Maintain expense vouchers and vendor invoices. Perform standard and adjusting journal entries. Provide customer service phone support during high-volume times. Coding and entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
