Monitor accounts receivable collection from other administrative offices. Train new accounting employees in various job duties. Maintain expense vouchers and vendor invoices. Perform standard and adjusting journal entries. Provide customer service phone support during high-volume times. Coding and entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
