Coordinated and conducted a physical inventory for a $60 million company. Review in detail construction in progress worksheets for 26 stations and make sure appropriate information is completed. Enter any new fixed asset placed in service. Run depreciation for both internal and tax books. Prepare journal entries for depreciation and new assets placed in service for 26 stations. Prepare journal entries for any disposal/transfer of assets for current month. Run reports and ensure that the general ledger and Best Software tie out. Ensure that all disposals and transfers are SOX 404 complaint.
